I have a customer that has a KM-C2030. When ever they use the Fiery Remote Scan to retrieve a multipage scan in the form of a PDF they get a runtime error and the Fiery Remote Scan program shuts down. It only does it with PDF's that are longer than two pages. The JPEGs and TIFFs don't cause any problems. Tech support says it is an older version of the Fiery Remote Scan but the same software does not cause this problem on our KM-C2030 in our demo room. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I discovered the solution to this problem on my own. The network switch that the Fiery is attached to causes this problem. It is fixed by simply cycling the power on the switch.
