This machine is in a school on a Mac network. It has recently come up with this "system error. Main switch on/off" message. We have no real experience with Mac stuff. Anybody have any ideas to share? Computer side or copier side? Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

what flavour of mac. make sure firmware is up to date, and mac needs postscript so make sure nic is set to KPDL auto. Need just a little more info im afraid...help us out

We had a 3530 doing this, check the error code printout, this one was throwing a laser related code. We had to reconnect the laser conectors and it was fine.
