Microsoft's 'Home' products are really designed to make some problems.

When you change a user name in a 'Home' product it only changes the label - the underlying credentials don't change unless you completely delete the user and create a new one from scratch. This can cause a great deal of confusion - a user leaves, they simply rename the user and things don't jive.
