I have set-up Job accounting in the normal way.
All is working perfectly successfully until any application within Office 2010 (word, excel etc) is used. Then the Pin number you enter in the print dialogue pop-up seems not to be transmitted to the printer and 'Incorrect job account' is displayed.

I know there are a lot of print bugs in 2010 with settings being overwritten etc, and that there may be a hotfix from Microsoft eventually, but this is a new customer who are planning to order another 9 machines if this first 3050ci proves good, and so I'd appreciate any or your solutions or feedback please.....
