I am getting communication to SMTP server error on control panel when trying to scan to email to a groupwise server. Tried relay and authentication on server. Tried hostname and IP settings. Has anyone had this before.

have not. but are these servers in a separate domain? if they are be sure to put the correct domain.

Another thing is to extend the amount of time the machine tries to connect to the server, there is a sim in there somewhere, to lazy to look it up right now sorry. I think it has a 19 in it 119 191 ?
