I've got this machine at a small public library, it has an old Jamex coin box which works well with the copy function, but igores the print function. This would be OK if they can manage the print jobs some way. There are 5 or 6 computers for public use which use this machine to print. If someone is making copies and maybe they're flipping pages for a moment a print job can slip in, or the unscrupulous types get the prints free (honor system). Ideally they'd like the public to print to some kind of holding file, to be released by a librarian from her terminal after the user forks over the cash and when it is their turn at the machine. A security code entered in at the copier would solve the print mixed in problem but not the cash/honor system issue. So, also, would the installation of a job separator. What utilities does KM provide that may help here? I'm interested in all suggestions, as I'm not too savy with KM's utilities. KM Net admin? Also ideally a no cost solution is best. Thanks in advance.

You could set the private print option from printer preferences, which would require a code to retrieve the print jobs from the copier. The only downside would be if some one were a little tech savvy they could find the code from the driver and put it in themselves.
