Is there a way to add memory so that one could print to job storage and retrieve all documents later with an account code?

most machines can have the print system HDD installed, then you can setup virtual mailboxes (VMBs) to print to, then go retrieve at your liesure.

you cannotr put a standard hdme4 into this product, it takes a microdrive..an ibm microdrive. The new 4 gig works. Some 2 gigs from other vendors dont. Get out yor wallet tho, its as much as a 20 gig hard drive ...dont forget , this is a low end marketed machine, if you need high end features it may be cheaper to upgrade.
