Im trying to install a driver for a windows ME machine that just had windows re-written to it. During driver install there is no selection for TCP/IP port in the dropdown. How/where do I go to enable this?

K-Print utility is the only available way to print by TCP/IP to a Kyocera network printer from Windows 95/98/ME

Need Windows 2000/XP/2003 to find a Standard TCP/IP print port option.
