I have a km-2550 that when the machine is in sleep mode and a print job is sent the control panel does not wake up. However the print job will print out as long as the machine does not error out. you also cannot get the display to turn on then without rebooting the copier. Now in energy saver mode machine functions as normal. Now I have tried new and old versions of firmware as well as reseating main pcb, printer and nic firmware has been updated. Tech support and reg rep have not come across this. Simple fix is to turn off sleep mode and just let machine go into energy saver which will probably be our solution but has anyone else seen this?
Note: I have tried printing USB, NIC, and PAR with same results |

I have heard of this but have not been out to address it yet. Mine is on a Voyager CS-C4035e so if that is a viable solution, i will turn off the sleep mode.
