SFU thru server error

I tried installing SFU for a 4035 on a server today. I got the strange error of "Destination PC's Application Out of Order". When I clicked the "configuration" of the SFU, it said "Hard Disk Full". I also could not install the print driver. The guy thinks his server was fine, but he is not an IT guy. Thanks in advance.

This can be due to a rights issue. Make sure that the user account that the service is running as has full access to the folder(s) being scanned to.

This error is also reported if you try to set up scanning to a shared network folder - IE the scan to file utility is running on a workstation and scanning to mapped drive 'S:'
- this is not supported by scan to file. You can only scan to local devices.

Relax? When?!

Thanks it was a mapped drive, also I bumped up the "Hard Disk Warning" limit to 99.
