Reselling a 2310 with fax sys A installed. We'd really like to delete all the info from previous company of course. We've deleted all activity report info and contact info, etc.. but when faxing it still shows "sending document number 722". Anyone know how to get us back to document zero? Thanks!

I don't remember the exact sim, but all the fax simulations are in the 600's. You can scroll through them all. Do a country initialize and all settings and memory values go back to factory defaults. All the maintenance functions are similar to the older model Mita faxes.
