This machine has popped this code 20 times. Customer turns off/on and print job goes thru. A search on this board showed replacement of the Main DIMM to Part #2GR94201 would fix this code. Also mentioned was firmware upgrade to 2.04b. Machine is at this level already, is the newer upgrade needed? At what Machine No. has this DIMM upgrade/Firmware upgrade already been made? Any other causes for this cf620?

Not sure of serial number,(on vacation this week, just couldn't stay away from internet) but you do need to replace the dimm and upgrade to 2.04d. There have been many improvemnents since 2.04b.

replace both dimms at the same time, the one under the op panel and the one on the rear. 2.05a is out as well boys.

We just upgraded to the new firmware 2.05a and the code has not come back. Its been @ 1 month now

Replaced both DIMMS and machine is now working GREAT!!
