I was setting up a 420i and I noticed the web browser feature. I was able to connect to the internet, but I was not able to pull up several websites. I would get an error like "cannot find URL". Has anyone had any experience with these built in browsers? Are they worth showing the customer how to use? I can see future copiers having an almost iPhone like touch interface experience, but this is far from that...

We set up the machines with the home page set to a special supply order/service request web page that has been formatted for ease of use on the touch screen. They simply touch the button for the color(s) they want and press the submit button.

The problem you're describing sounds like a DNS issue. It's easy to overlook setting up DNS - since we really haven't needed it much in the past.
