not being It aware ,i am trying to help and it person.any help appreciated.
they can see the copier but cant print to it .they are using OS.9 (whatever that is )any ideas.

Make sure the emulation on the copier is set to KPDL and have them download and run this:

thanks for the help its all sorted now .
except this morning when no one could print but i found they were all trying to print to US letter i changed it to a4 and no more problems
