I have to upgrade firmware on a KM C-2230 I know this is a color issue but it might better answered by a connectivity person. Any info on the best way to do this? Thank's
Do you know anybody that has access to the KonicaMinolta site? They came out with a "Firmware Imaging Tool" program that eliminates the need to do it through the Cygwyn process, which is a real pain in the butt. If you send me a CF card I can write the firmware onto it for you. I have tried to locate my original source file that I had when I worked for a konicaminolta dealer but have had no luck, I do however still have the imaging tool program loaded on my old work laptop. If you can get access onto the konicaminolta site you can download the program.
elheather, That would be great seding you the card how do I get it to you? Is there any issues with upgrading an older version let's say 2 to 3 Vrs. in the past to most current?
Not that I recall, I don't believe you had to do each upgrade since each version up is a full firmware version. I think I may have located the original zip files and I may be able to send you that, which would be quicker. I will know more in about 20 minutes.

elheather yes I have the firmware and it upgraded fine the down side is I still have the problem I started out with, the Acct. mngt. report on C2230 does not print out I am waiting till the end of the month to deleate all acct. info. and then input the info again as I'm told has worked before. Thank you for your help!
Now it's coming back to me, paper has to be loaded in the cassette 8-1/2x11 (short edge feed) I believe to be able to print this out. I always thought that was a PITA with those models.
