i just had a fax error (U19000) on a 420i. (memory full on reception of fax). customer stated this started happening when they tried to receive a large fax. after that, no more incoming, just the error.

i tried to 906 and unplug, didnt clear the issue. finally reseated ram, dimms and fax board to get it to work.

has anyone seen this before and if so, has it returned?
