I am in the process of trying to do some firmware updates and looking at Tech Bulletin
46 I see I may need two files which I didn't
see on Dealernet (CANADA). They are PD-eng.zip and V20Eng.zip. I want to experiment with my
laptop going directly to the NIC card. WIN95,
98SE,Win2000, win XP. I would appreciate any input.

Try this;
From your web browser, enter the ip adress/upload (ex 127.0.0.1/upload)

I appreciate the input. In this case the firmware is too old to upload. I think I have to try windows 98SE to update.

You can also use the net viewer utility and broadcast to multiple machines at one time. Works great if you have multiples on the network.

Hi Guys
I finally have taken the time to experiment. I
have WIN98SE on a laptop and can use a crossover
cable to check the NIC Card. In this case its a IB-20/21 Version 1.1.0 Firmware. This was in a FS-3800 but I had to exchange with a newer card
to help with a problem. This card had been working fine and I am using a FS-1020D printer to test with. I am in need of the firmware that is current with this IB-20/21. I can see the IBE-21E and IB-22 Firmware on Dealernet but no luck finding what I need. The reason I am doing this is to put this original board back in the FS-3800 and move on. When I did put back in the machine the printer menus woldn't show it.

I was able to update the card and able to test it this past Friday. I am going to reinstall Monday morning. Thanks to all who shared their information and the files I could download.
