I have a customer trying to install print drivers for a FS5020 using Novell I-print. The install fails when it can not find a file named KMFHEN18.CHM Can anyone shed some light on why it can not find this file or some why around this? NW Admin install also fails b/c it can not find a file(not sure if it is the same file)

Update:

The customer was running the install from files copied to the local HD from the CD. After He put the CD in the local computer and ran the install from the CD it worked perfect.
