Have a KM-C2230 with 40,000 pages with Fiery X3e you can print in color and B&W perfectly. Copy in color perfectly but when you copy a black and white page in black mode or auto color the image is completely washed out. Copy the same black page in full color mode and it is fine. All the color callibration test page look great for all 4 units. Anyone seen anything like this ?

Does it have any effect if you change Image Adjust > Monochrome Image Density in Tech Rep Mode?
