Working with a law firm that still uses Word Perfect and has many documents that contain their logo and other info as a macro. When they print with the KX driver, the document is garbled on their monitor but prints correctly. They are not happy with this so we are hoping for a resolution or, at the very least, an explanation. Any ideas?

i have the same exact problem two weeks ago, all i did was to use pcl5e or pcl6 drivers it works very well with word perfect... i hope this will help u...
I am not positive about it,(I beleive I have done this in the past) but I think that you can substitute an HP driver for the KM driver, if nothing else use it as a troubleshooting tool, if the problem goes away it answers where the problem is coming from.
