Has anybody seen the problem on a network with 2530's 3530's 6330's that are using management codes and getting a "management code mismatch" error when they try to print?

I've seen it on a couple of KM-2030's. In each case the print job was being sent without a valid registered management code. This can be at the driver end or at the copier's end if codes have been altered or deleted. ================================================== Chris L's Hiking/Geocaching blog (new and improved!) yoyoartist.blogspot.com

Make sure you input the correct management ID code on the driver that matches the copier ID code. It's on the driver properties under device settings.

No, they are not using CUPS to configure the printer. Unfotrunatly I'm not too familiar with the system they are using....but the problem they are running into is on the machines that they are not using management codes (and dont want to use management codes) they are getting that mismatch error. thanks for the ideas.
