Have a cs-1650 networked, fax and print sys. giving at random print mode errors. has anyone seen problem? researching issue right now, thanks for any input.

My first tech support issue every time we place one of these machines in the field. "Print Mode Error" is always displayed whenever the printer wants to get the attention of the user. They have to push the "Printer" button on the left side of the panel to change to print mode, and then read the more detailed prompt. 9 times out of 10 it is simply requesting that paper be placed in the bypass and you have to press "enter" to continue.

It's a training issue with the end user.
