I was setting up a FS-3820N on a network that already has a FS-8000CDN and Ri6230 connected. No prior problems with printing of pdf files with the FS-8000CDN. In order to install the 3820, the driver version for the other devices was automatically updated. Now both the 6230 and 8000 are randomly losing images on the page, and the images that vanish are different on the two units. Ideas? Solutions?

Try the "last known good configuration" rule. Delete drivers, reinstall, etc. Connect with laptop using driver that worked previously, there may be a "white paper" on Kmaconnect ref this problem too. I kind of wish they would not automatically mess with drivers that are already working. Good luck.
For some strange reason, occasionally the KX Driver causes problems if it overlays over an existing driver. I know that the Digital Library CD comes with a "Deleter" that should be run. However, if you've already installed over, as Airborne has pointed out, you'll probably have to uninstall all the drivers and re-install from the new version.
