Is any one using SMB on the 550c? Having issues and I know we set it up in class. I'm getting errors and I'm following the doc's from class.

YES i am having the same trouble,
The documents from class, dallas are pretty
weak

Hot-line told my tech, SMB is only available with the Fiery. B*&%-$@@T. We had it working in class with no Fiery. Although that's a controlled environment not Real Life.

This works for me...
Open web browser, use printer IP address. Login at the command center. Go to basic, address book, contacts. Type name, email address if SMTP is setup. Fill out SMB info. Enter PC host name or IP address if static. Path, folder must be shared and use the shared name for the path. Enter PC login name and password. This should do the trick.
