I have a CS-400ci that will only scan one page anything more than that fails to scan. I have not been out to trouble-shoot the issue but I know the firmware is up to date. They are scanning using FTP using the most current scanner file utility and was working fine for about a week. I will use Filezilla as the alternative just to trouble shoot the utility as being the issue.

How much free space is on the drive that they are scanning to? Also: if they are connected to the network through one of those little 4-6 port switches, that device may need to be power cycled. Been there, done that, bought the T-shirt

If that's the case the switch should be replaced -little switches like that can cause a lot of headache. Relax? When?!

Good tip - also of note - just because a network cable 'works' it doesn't mean it works right. An improperly or incompletely wired network connection may still operate at speeds at least as low as 10baseT half duplex! Ouch! I'd recommend everyone carry at least a cheap cable analyzer. Relax? When?!

Had this on a smaller machine, try using a past version of SFU.

I've found certain machines don't play nice with the latest scan2file util and had this same problem. The way I've dealt with it is to use version 4.10 rather than the latest.
