Is there anyway you can have the machine E-mail a customer to tell them that a fax has arrived?

I dont know if you can email a rx confirmation however wouldnt it be easier for the fax to be forwarded to email entirely?

I haven't looked at it yet, but it's my understanding that the scanner file utility will work on the F3's. If so you should be able to program it to send an email to notify you of a fax, or even forward the fax to email. It may also depent on the network your attached to.

According to page 6-12 of the fax manual you can configure email notification for fax reception. Go figure, it's in the manual.
BTW, I don't think you can use the scanner file utility with this model for fax notification - there is no way to configure it.

You set the fax to forward to an adrees in the address book, or several adddresses, or a smb folder or both..works great(look for fax forwarding in the fax guide for exact procedure
