Customer upgrading from a Falcon III to TASKalfa 300ci. Currently using Kyocapture. Do they need a completely new version or is there a upgrade?

Hotline says the Falcon III version they have can be used on the TASKalfa. My IT guy says no because of HYpass.

an install a few weeks ago on a 400ci, when scanning, it kept saying cannot find server, got the latest version and Viola, it worked.
