I have a customer that entered a administrator password in command center and now they don't remember what it is. Is there a way to reset this without pulling the NIC and crossing the jumper on the pin?

The hardware reset is the only option I know to get around the password. There is no hard-wired password that has been published. Does somebody know of one?
