Have a 3035 scanning to a server, multiple files. Last week the server crashed. IT got the server back up, now the SFU always goes red. The drive it's running on has 327G of free space. Tried deleting and doing a new setup, nothing. I think the IT did something new to the server, they said no.

Have you checked to make sure the destination folder still exists? It could also be a permissions issue for the SFU service. Also, there may be something else trying to do something on the port - 37100. To test the port, stop SFU and try to use TELNET from the command prompt: TELNET 'server' 37100 where 'server' is host name or IP address of the machine running SFU. It should say something like 'connect failed'. With SFU running it should connect and then almost immediately terminate if I recall correctly. Relax? When?!

When the SFU goes yellow the hard drive space is low and when it goes red then the hard drive space should be really low. Check and see how much space is being used on the server.

Try this, Uninstall the SFU. When you run the .EXE right click on it and select the RUN AS... uncheck the checkbox that says something like "UnAuthorize access" and see if that takes of it. Had one do this and it took care of it. Doedee316
