Had the opportunity to try using the Scanner File Utility in conjunction with the new little 1128s. It apparently works, but only if you select TIFF as the file format for the scanned document to be created. This has been escalated to be looked into. Man just when they seem to be solving scanning issues with the Falcon 3s with being able to scan using the SFU program they pull a boner like this.

I was trying this yesterday and couldn't get it to work. I didn't try changing the file type.

I just assumed that since it wasn't an option on the downloads page on kmaconnect it wouldn't work.

Ask not what you can give your country, but what your country will allow you to keep to feed you family.

Ya, I had everything set up correctly and when you press the start button the scan apparently doesn't take place but also doesn't create a transmission error on the device either.

Yes - the MFP acts like everything went OK but nothing happens on the PC side.
