Whenever user sends even a test page, processing data shows up on the display and nothing else happens. No prints. You can't go into maint mode. The display keeps saying processing data. The only way to clear it is to turn the machine off and back on. The only thing I have tried is to reset it from the web interface and reseated the nic card. Just wanted to see if anyone has seen this before.
Yikes! I spoke with one of our guys at a different location and he said the same thing as you Dan. Same problem, no solution. I will try the HDD and the memory, but I don't think I will be beating my head against the wall over this one. At least this machine is not as new the one you were tackling. Thanks for the heads up.
