I have a customer with a 2230 who scans via the box utililty. They recently upgraded a few laptops to Vista and now are having problems loading the Box Utility on these systems. On KMA there is only the originally posted driver and no updates. I was told by tech support that Vista will only work with Vista certified drivers. Is there a work around for this issue?
