How do you set up the "transmission original save" piece of the network fax? We created a folder, set that up in the Scan File Utility, and selected "transmission original save" before sending the network fax. But the file did not end up in the designated folder as we thought it would. Anyone know how to do this?

You have to use the Fax Address Editor software to set up the destination PC address and folder number (can't do it from the Web interface or the control panel!). In the scan-to-file utility you have to set up the corresponding folder number and select "KM-Net Fax Recieve Handler" (something like that) and then you can set additional options for the folder.

Thanks for the reply. We did everything except pull down the button to switch between PDF Keyword Embedder and KM-Net Fax Receive Handler. We will make the change and try it out.
