OK, I now officially feel like a complete idiot!
I have been trying to figure out how to do account codes for both printing and copying. It has a fiery controller for printing. I have read every guide that I can find and still am totally confused on how to accomplish this. I have managed to enter account codes at the copier for copying, but when I send a print it seems to go through, but there is a message at the copier (job improperly done), Anyone who understands Minoltanese and fierytalkanese, please help dumb ole me.

If you get the meassage "job done improperly" it's probably because you havn't entered the account no in the driver. You can check in the job history > details to see what's causing the message.
If I remember correctly, you must enter the account no (not the code) in the Fiery driver.

Hello BEP thanks for responding. I haven't been able to find any settings in the driver for accounts. I have not been able to access web setup either, it asks for snmp community names for read and write, I am afraid I have no clue where to get those.

You enter the account no under "User indentification" in the Fiery driver.
The default read/write communities are public/public.

Hi BEP, I did find the place in the fiery under user ID. However, at the copier panel under copy track, it requires a 4 digit user ID, and under the fiery it only allows 3 digits. So now what am I overlooking?

Try with the account # instead of the user ID.
