Hi everyone,
I've got a bunch of these out there but have never upgraded the firmware on the print systems.

Never had a problem until lately, one ocassionally will lock up and say "printing" but nothing ever comes out. Thought maybe a firmware upgrade would be first thing to try. I've done firmware upgrades on print sys (u). Am I correct in assuming there is a similar procedure for Print sys (n)?
Does anyone have the latest Firmware for Print sys (N). I'm not on Kma connect.

I just did the firmware the other day, the Nic card seemed to be the same, and there is one file for the print system. My symptom was the machine said still processing. I believe it was the falcon twos if you jumped from .4 to .12 sometimes it faled and stayed in the self test mode. There is a procedure on line that tells you on how to correct this.

Thanks for your response. I remember reading a post regarding that failure in self test. Still, I have no way to download the firmware since I'm not an authorized dealer, just a sub dealer.
