It prints in test machine but not in the machine it belongs in. I have replaced the engine PCB, and yes, it is the correct one for the serial number and model number. And also replaced PCB DIMM64. Firmware is current in copier, print system, and NIC card. The print system also has a new DIMM, but like I said, it works in a test machine.

Do you get a response from the control panel or does it flat out act like it's not installed?
Have you tried another print system in the machine in question?
If you've replaced the Engine PCB, the remaining common factor would appear to be the power supply. It appears that the Print system is power by 5v lines - I'd check those. I can't tell from the basic diagram if one of the 5v or 5.1v lines is separated for the print system, but this would be a good idea to prevent a faulty print system from taking out the engine PCB (or at least the supply for it).

Relax? When?!
