customer (2560) wants a copy of all faxes transmissions and receptions sent to an email... the problem is that a 2560 only allows a forward copy of all Received faxes... i know the 2550 can do both Tx and Rx. is there a setting on the 2560 to do the same Tx forward? Thanks!
Simplest thing to do is set up a scan to locations for transmitted faxes and make sure the customer sends out the fax and sends a scan of it to the folder location. I think the logic for taking that feature away was, they already have the hard copy in their hands, otherwise how did they fax it out.
