got a canon ir 1023 in the shop when i had it at the customers site it would jam consistantly on the third page.
replaced the registration sensor and both sensors in the fuser. to no avail. i now have it in the shop and can not get it to jam any help would bet greatly appreciated |

got a answer from canon support they have seen this before and said to try the torque limiter for the feed tire
