we have a 6322 dn we have changed everything in it still going to open heat errors the only way to clear it is to change fuser it will go about 2 to 3 weeks then error again any one have any ideals help please. Iknow a big P.O.S. HA HA

Check all the fans we had one that the fan stopped working causing it to overheat.

When you changed everything, does that include the power supply? It's a common source of fuser meltdowns on Samsung desktop machines.

power supply has been replaced and fan has been replaced metered all everythings fine, we have the machine in shop now trying to duplicate isues i am thinking it could be a voltage isues but i checked the power outlet and it was fine i have no ideals at all

Blackcat is correct, most likely a bad power supply. Samsung should be selling em two for the price of one. We have found the PSU is often the cause of many issues on Samsung products. fuser failures codes & meltdowns, light copies/prints, etc...

I have lot of SCX5115 and changed many of the power supply's

new style fuser is out now seems better

but biggest problem I see is the energy save must be on 5 Min's

There is a new style fuser for this machine to correct this problem. We have put it in all our machines and no more problems.

Samsung just came out with a Q&A on this called an open heat error you need to replace the fuser unit and the main board at the same time. Check the main board to see if its updated resistors R24 and R195 should have been changed to 33k ohms.
