I have a 6555N and the display is locked up. I can not get in to the service mode but I can setup the the touch screen menu ok. I removed op panel reconnected all plugs no change. There is a reset button on the board that I pressed and now the op panel does not light up ? Ordering a op today has anyone had this problem.

Same problem with the op Panel was able to to some of the copier to work b y unplugging the hard drive. Ordered the hard drive and will be going to install it today !!!

Replaced hard drive that unlocked the op panel still getting msg fax memory almost fax? Replaced the fax no change. The funny thing is when I printed a count report it said that they received 2 billion faxes. Yes that's right 2 billion faxes???
