Did you calibrate the screen, Hold down the 0 Key and turn the machine on. use your finger and go through the calibration. helps alot.

the 8380 color is really good but you just never know how well they will run.

The SCX-6345 touch screen reminds me of the early Falcon III touch screen response, but the screen isn't in color.

However, most of the customer's find it acceptable even though it is slow, the print and scanning speed more than makes up the difference to them.

Oh, and they ALL need to be calibrated out-of-box.
