is that scan to email? not network scan? there is a firmware update too before scanning will work. Call your support and get the firmware. Life is good. | |||

This is a firewall issue I had the same trouble on XP just last week. Also sometimes Antivirus program could be blocking the IP. Jamie Boudreau (AIRGOZ) | |||

SAMSUNG HAS CONFIRMED THAT SCANNING WILL NOT WORK WITH THE VISTA "HOME" ADDITION. THEY STATED THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO THAT IT IS A MICRO SOFT ISSUE AND THEY MAY HAVE A FIX WITH SERVICE PAK 1 | |||
