We have an issue with the SCX-6345 machine dropping its network settings when the machine is turned off and on. We have set a static address and it will intermittantly drop the IP address when you turn it off and on.
We have also setup DHCP with the same result.
The client will turn the machine on in the morning and try to print. Sometimes it will work and sometimes not. If it fails he will try again later and it might work.

Any ideas.

Have latest firmware installed.
