Del the 6320F has a design flaw we shipped one
back to them and explained how we ran it to act up. Put it in the different sim modes and mtr would lock up. These are machines used as high end fax machines. After Samsung in Korea had no answers they took back all 6 machines I had out. New model does not have sim for running feeder in simulation. |

I have sold a lot of these (about 50) as faxes as scanners as high end printer as of course copiers, in all odes they work great. I am not aware of the problem at all. There was one common mistake people made, when installing a NIC card, it came with a memory chip, that chip was double sided, it was intended to replace the existing chip and the old original memory chip was not used. the other slots were for a font support chip and a postscript memory. people often tried to leave the old chip and it created all sorts of strange stuff erratically too. Life is good. |

Yak The six 6320f all had very close ser #'s
we shipped one back and they tested sent eng from Korea saw the problem could'nt explain it. Dealer in Texas had same problem they took his back also. I repeat these machines were in a very high fax volume and would get jamming in ADF on fax only.I think they had some problems with certain ser # machine. On the 6322DN they don't have a sim to run ADF scanner mtr at different speeds and we are not having any problems with the 6322DN or 6345N but then I'm always told I'm the only one having this problem Thanks |
