have 3 of these now on same network giving java script errors. Their IT reloads the drivers and it goes away until the next day.
They blame our firmware. I'm not so sure.
So far I've changed Main pcb and nic. Reverted firmware.
Any suggestions?
BTW Samsungs helpdesk sucks.

my first guess/experience on this type problem has been firewall/anti virus software problem blocking the incoming communications from the samsung.

if it prints then connecting would be good,

Sorry it took me so long to get back to this. I proved it wasn't the machine by taking an identical unit not having the problem and swapping them. The problem stayed at the location.
