I Have a SCX 6322DN MFP that when I Fax to an E-fax # I get Comm Error on report and on screen it say's Tx G3 14.4 XMS although when I fax to Samsungs E-Fax # it works. So far I have turned off ECM and slowed down the modem speed to match 14.4 what Im assuming the error code Is pointing at. All faxes to regular fax machines go through no problem. Any help I would appreciate for I am good at Kyocera and new to Samsung Issues
The samsungs really have problems with bad phone lines. and as you described I have yet to find a problem with machine when moved to a location with a known good telephone lines... Look for splices AND daisy chains in the tel/fax line.
Life is good.

I hate 6322. get a fixing jam and you have to fix it. Then there is the "Drum Warning" message. That comes up when 2k is left on drum. what a bad message customers freak out. I tell them "Drum Warning" order drum. When message changes to "Change Drum" then change it. So they change it and message doesn't go away. So I have to go to site short fuse on drum reboot then remove short. Anyone have a better solution?
"YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" That said, Samsungs aren't so bad, but if your used to Kyocera, or most any commerical manufacturer you are probably used to being able have adjustments to make things work. Remember these are consumer products, with limited adjustments, designed for someone to plug and pray it works, or return it.
I have found they work well for certain people and they love'em, or they don't. There is not enough margin in Samsungs for me to worry about it.
Also, we charge for installation labor, when you buy a Samsung from us, we will deliver it just like any other retailer -- IN THE BOX.
I hear the Samsung Tvs, Monitors and phones are good, but after working on the samjunk fax machines I could never take a chance and buy anything with the name Samsung on it.
