Ok, so I've got the manual. This is what I read:
4.5.2 Entry Point The entry for Diagnostics is the combination of hard key. User should press "xxx" and "yyy" altogether. After pressing the hard button for entry, OP displays....... So what the hell does that mean? There is no "xxx" or "yyy" hard keys, or soft keys, or any other kind of keys. I been through every menu I can find. I think they need to hire better Korean to American translators to write these manuals. Does anybody know how to get into the service mode? =^..^= =^..^= |

press and hold the 1,2,3 keys you should get another screen that pops up and then for the code is 1934 and press enter.

Thanks Doedee. That sounds a lot different than what the manual reads. =^..^=

In my case with a different model the manual was a 100% WRONG ALSO. The idea behind a service manual is to help when it's needed, not to have to call there hotline to have them say yes what's in the manual is wrong. That's an hour of my life I won't get back.

I had the same problem when they first came out and the hotline did not even know how to do it. I guess the manuals are not always correct.
