For the past several days I have been unable to get through to Samsung ASE tech support on the (877) 873-7279 number. All I get is a message "We are currently having technical difficulties, please call back later." Can not seem to get through when they transfer me from the customer Help Desk either. Does anyone have another number, or know what is going on?

I talk to samsung all the time. What they are doing is that they are in the process of moving the technical assistance from Irvin CA to New Jersey and they say that there may be a delay in technical assistance.
