We have been selling the Samsung for many years, so I am aware of their quirks, etc.. I sold a few of the 5530 but had too many ADF issues, etc.. The 6322 has been out main unit, which has done good. We did not sell any smaller units because of reliability issues & figured let those buyers go to retails stores for equipment. Now I need to consider the 5635 and/or 5935. How is the ADF on these models? Is it the same or is the 5935 better? Do these model work? What is your recommendation, Any thoughts?

We've placed a few of the SCX-5635. I haven't heard anything in the last 4 months. =^..^=

We went with the 5935's, seem to work well.

the SCX5935 is BTA model and the SCX5635 is suppose to be retail store model.

The Big thing is the toner cost,
the SCX5935 is very cost effective per copy the SCX5635 is much more expensive.

Samsung is now offering specials on the SCX5635 I think the depot stores did not sell them.

The SCX5935 is a GREAT machine, SMB scan works well.
If you look at the SCX4826FN for the lower cost, We sold lot of them BETWEEN THE SCX4826 and SCX5935 I did not see a lot of room for the SCX5635 so I have not sold any, James at Ikop says they are not having any problems but toner cost is not so good.

The ADF on the SCX4826 is like some of the older ones - if side guides not set tight it will jam,. The doc feeder on the scx5935 is a lot better - not as good as the SCX6320F SCX6345N but still better than the smaller ones.

We sell both of those models but you have to be careful on the 5635. The doc feeder does not have a paper stop and it is easy for users to force the pages too far and create jams in the doc feeder...simple lower price problems. You have to decide whether it is worth it. So far the 5935 has done good job and we have not experienced many problems.
