I have a Kyocera C-2230 which I believe to be the C-350. I have to do firmware using the Cygwin tool what is the best way to do this, or is ther documentation out there to help simplify this. Thank's

Have you been able to do the firmware upgrade. If not and you can find it, Konica did away with the Cygwin, well they made a nice little utility for writing the firmware to the card and it is much easier than the Cygwin procedure. If you don't have access to this and can send me a CF card I can write the firmware on it and send it back. I use to work for a Konica dealer and have this program still.

Current version of that utility is 2.5.5. It doesn't work with Vista. I had to create a virtual machine to run XP sp1 to run this program.

Thanks to everyone I did figure out the C-350 now I need firmware for A Bizhub 600 any help would be appreciated
